1.22 was released three days ago. The 1.21 ebuild works with no modifications
(other than filename), just rename.

Come on, it's been a week and a half and no one has looked at this? All I'm
asking for is a rename operation on a single file in the Portage CVS tree.

...and people say Gentoo is bleeding edge ;-)

I cleaned up the ebuild some, adding documentation checks, making repomand and
lintool happy, and so on.  I also added a SLOT and KEYWORD to the older ebuild,
per current standards.  The version has been bumped to 1.22 as well.
