The weekly arm stage3 link points to the following address:
http://distfiles.gentoo.org/releases/arm/autobuilds/current-stage3/

That address doesn't exist; there are now different current-stage3 directories for different arm types.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to http://www.gentoo.org/proj/en/releng/
2. Scroll and click on the weekly arm stage3 link under Latest Release
3. Ask #gentoo why the internet isn't working right
Actual Results:  
The link is dead.

Expected Results:  
Link to one directory up (http://distfiles.gentoo.org/releases/arm/autobuilds/)
