4.0 looks to die for me after some time I am not a GNOME user anymore, so cannot test the bug in its original form. But it is still reproducible with KDE and KDM: pulseaudio stays alive after logout for quite a long time (at least 30 seconds). [ebuild R ] media-sound/pulseaudio-4.0-r1 USE="X alsa asyncns avahi bluetooth caps dbus gdbm glib gtk ipv6 jack orc qt4 realtime ssl systemd tcpd udev webrtc-aec -doc -equalizer -gnome -libsamplerate -lirc (-neon) (-oss) (-system-wide) {-test} -xen" ABI_X86="(64) -32 (-x32)" 0 kB However, as this has no visible negative consequences now, maybe the bug should be just closed as "invalid" or something like that? Not really sure what is the most correct action. That is expected: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=555828#c9 |
