Not sure what is going on, but libbfd-2.22 exists on my system:

# equery f sys-devel/binutils|grep libbfd
/usr/lib64/binutils/x86_64-pc-linux-gnu/2.22/libbfd-2.22.so
/usr/lib64/binutils/x86_64-pc-linux-gnu/2.22/libbfd.so


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge grive 0.2.0
2. run grive

Actual Results:  
# grive --help
grive: error while loading shared libraries: libbfd-2.22.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Hmm, after some binutils-config and source /etc/profile, grive now works.
