requires unstable udev and some others.

why not make this bug depend on the udev stabilization bug & unCC arch's instead? seems a bit rude to close it off like this.

uhm?
stable udev is 171-r6, badvpn requires >=sys-fs/udev-171

I have zero repoman warnings when adding stable keywords

because new udev requires new openrc and some others.
