I think this is only feasible if we have a huge list of consultants and someone willing to maintain this page. Any takers? I'll volunteer to maintain the consultants page. I'm going to mark this one as LATER; there isn't much request for such a page and the maintainer needs to be someone with CVS access. Reopening for proper closure. No need for LATER; this won't be fixed at all. Reopening this bug from several years ago. We just had a discussion to replace the following page in #gentoo-trustees on Freenode IRC: https://gentoo-handbook.lugons.org/foundation/en/consultants.xml I have moved and adjusted accordingly the textual data from that original Consultants page. I added a location field, since some companies who desire technical support may wish to contact people from their country only. After the IRC discussion with the trustees, the present plan is to track technical consultants on the wiki in Foundation namespace. Consultants who would like their contact information added to the list will need to open a discussion on the discussion page. Upon a review, a member of the Foundation will move the contact information into the main page. I will also sent a message to the gentoo-project and gentoo-core lists asking for people to add themselves if they still offer paid support. Emails have been sent to the mailing lists mentioned above. I expect we'll get some of our current and potentially our past developers added to the list. I could also make a listing on the forums if there are some companies or consulting agencies that would like to add themselves.
