Any luck yet? I'm currently using NDBcluster from the older MySQL 5.0 series with a lot of stability issues (crashes). I'd like to try to move to the MySQL Cluster package. Maybe I'm wrong but it seems to me that there's little interest for MySQL Cluster (master-master nodes) especially in the Gentoo community. Most people seem to use Multi-Master Circular Replication with the "standard" MySQL package. Anyway, good luck with the ebuild. Newer MySQL Cluster packages have been added to the mysql overlay. dev-db/mysql-cluster is now in the tree Thanks to robbat2 for testing and committing |
