Please stabilize =dev-perl/RPC-XML-0.770.0

<dev-perl/RPC-XML-0.770.0 doesn't work with >=dev-perl/net-server-2 (bug #428918)
and dev-perl/net-server-2.6.0 was stabilized for amd64 as part of bug #412881 (I don't see why)

So it's right now broken for amd64.

!Beware RPC-XML-0.770.0 was added on 04 Sep 2012!

It is a depend
