When emerging strongswan configure fails due to missing PAM (system has USE-pam) because eap use-flag enables eap-gtc which also requires PAM.

Please connect eap-gtc to a supplementary pam useflag.

Fixed, I removed ua_bugz_gentoo@mortal-soul.de from metadata.xml and patched the ebuild.
