`emerge sync` ... probably just a temporal thing file looks ok in cvs I try to emerge rsync but when I compile the portage the system give that error. always! :( it's only a temporal thing! thanks after an rsync I thinks that the problem is solved but gentoo give me the same error :( Package looks good, works for me.
