emerge tried to download 
http://distfiles.gentoo.org/distfiles/icedtea-bin-core-7.2.3.2-amd64.tar.bz2
and
http://dev.gentoo.org/~caster/distfiles//icedtea-bin-core-7.2.3.2-amd64.tar.bz2 but each server sent "404 not found" error.

please make sure that dist variable and SRC_URI variable set by appropriate url string or not.
