It fails to compile (loads of blah undefined) due to changes in error codes. Downgrading to libgcrypt-1.1.12 fixes the problem.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge libgcrypt
2. emerge newpg

Actual Results:  
Oops. GCRYERR_* undefined 

Expected Results:  
 

Perhaps it needs DEPEND="<=dev-libs/libgcrypt-1.1.91"?
