the ganeti ebuild does not install a config for ganeti in /etc/logrotate.d/

An example logrotate config has been added in ganeti v2.7.1: http://git.ganeti.org/?p=ganeti.git;a=commitdiff;h=e48c3613127b28dd9a3d3441cc0293ef345ebf87
The problem is the `daemon-util rotate-all-logs` command has been implemented only since 2.7.1.
Although all daemons reopen their log file on SIGHUP (since v2.4.0-rc1).
