Hi, my rsync mirror got a new ipv6 address, now nativ v6 :)

old address: 2001:8d8:80:11::34d

new address: 2001:8d8:8b0:100::1

Please change the AAAA (if its in v6 rotation).
and important
please change ACL on masterportage.gentoo.org.

For quick resolution i sync v4 only against masterportage.
