Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge =media-sound/sox-14.4.0
2. see /usr/lib/libsox.la being installed.

Actual Results:  
/usr/lib/libsox.la is installed.

Expected Results:  
/usr/lib/libsox.la should not be installed.

not sure which part of the # comment inside the ebuild is unclear, lets quote:

# libltdl is used for loading plugins, keeping libtool files with empty
# dependency_libs what otherwise would be -exec rm -f {} +
find "${ED}" -name '*.la' -exec sed -i -e "/^dependency_libs/s:=.*:='':" {} +

so the files are required, and not harmful in anyway. what's the problem?
