libgrss fails without gnome-doc-utils during configure phase
I guess it should depend on gnome-doc-utils?!
Happened to me during installation of gnome on fresh Gentoo/AMD64 installation

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge -C gnome-doc-utils (if installed)
2. emerge libgrss

version 0.5.0 will be a dependency of >=app-misc/tracker-0.15.0
see https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=671751

tracker-0.14.X does NOT work with libgrss 0.5.0
so it makes not sense to add 0.5.0 at the moment.

This bug should be closed as fixed, since the new version 0.5 was added to the tree few weeks ago and includes the proper dependencies!
version 0.3 was also fixed
