There exists a 2011 and 2012 financial report that is nearly impossible to find on the web, I had to ask to see it. OTOH, googling for "gentoo financial report" brings me to http://www.gentoo.org/foundation/en/finances/ - this page really needs to be updated with a 2011 and 2012 heading.

I am filing this bug so it gets added to the next meeting agenda.  Frankly, I don't care if you do quarterly or annually, I just really expect to see the "finances" page updated on a timely basis.

Not sure if it is intentional, but the former does not link to the latter.

Otherwise looks like a great start!
