Unfortunately, these ebuilds aren't acceptable as-is, since Portage is not allowed to touch /usr/local. Other, more minor issues: repoman complains about the indents (use tabs for indents), ${D} needs to be in quotes, and I can't find the license (if it's on the website, could you please provide a link?).
