Did this happen to you? I read the kde blogs too, but it seems a very rare case that this happens. And we wont stabilize 4.9.0, so i would suggest to wait that 4.9.1 hits the tree. Yes. https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=304620 I talked to Thomas Lübking and he said I should chose "stacking order" - which did not work because of bug #432036. The "experience" was quite extreme ;) But - yes - it is a minor issue as there are several things that need to come together. (no windows open or all minimized, shell crashing, alt+tabbing) I just reported these two bugs because of this copmment in the forums: http://forums.gentoo.org/viewtopic-p-7118958.html#7118958 Also it helps when other users hit this problem.
