valgrind-3.7.0-r4 fails to build with glibc-2.16
attached patch fixes this

I'm a little hesitant with this.  Can you try valgrind-3.8.0, which does work with glibc-2.16, and see if it works for you.  If it does not, then we'll revisit this.

So I'm going to close this bug, but feel free to reopen it if you really need 3.7.0 and not 3.8.0.
