don't cc arches on your own (In reply to comment #0) > LDFLAGS="-Wl,-O1 -Wl,--as-needed -Wl,--as-needed -Wl,--hash-style=gnu,-O2" -O2? Please retry with saner LDFLAGS. Never mind, it seems you have a problem with the declarative module (but please fix you LDFLAGS anyway). Is x11-libs/qt-declarative installed? it is installed, but tried rebuilding it and got another error /usr/lib/gcc/x86_64-pc-linux-gnu/4.6.3/../../../../x86_64-pc-linux-gnu/bin/ld: cannot find -lEGL will try rebuilding qt-opengl, possibly also qt-core, i'll let you know when I have some progress (In reply to comment #4) > it is installed, but tried rebuilding it and got another error > /usr/lib/gcc/x86_64-pc-linux-gnu/4.6.3/../../../../x86_64-pc-linux-gnu/bin/ > ld: cannot find -lEGL > will try rebuilding qt-opengl, possibly also qt-core, i'll let you know when > I have some progress It seems you have a broken mesa then... try rebuilding that one. rebuilding mesa didn't help, neither did rebuilding qt-opengl nor qt-core I had a broken symlink named libEGL.so in /usr/lib, removing that and doing a emerge -v1 `qlist -I -C x11-libs/qt` seems to have fixed the issue and I was able to finally build it, sorry for all the noise this caused I've closed this as invalid |
