Title says it all: geoclue has been migrated to gsettings quite some time ago, so the gconf dependency is unnecessary nowadays, see the URL for the corresponding commit. Also builds just fine without gconf.

Just saying: The ebuild could use numerous of other enchancements too; will try to get -r1 out this weekend
