build.log
This seems to fall under the other bug with includes bug#430612. From what I see that dep is properly stated there in the gnumake... There is something fishy on testing and I am getting scared when it gets to stable tree :P I have one other odd thing to add to this bug that may (or may not) be significant. This version built perfectly fine for me yesterday morning. I tried to build it again this morning when I saw someone posted this error on the forums and I had the same failure. Here's exactly what changed on my system between yesterday morning and this morning (output from genlop -l): Fri Aug 10 06:16:52 2012 >>> sys-libs/glibc-2.15-r2 Fri Aug 10 06:18:07 2012 >>> dev-lang/v8-3.11.10.18 Fri Aug 10 06:20:01 2012 >>> media-plugins/kipi-plugins-2.7.0-r1 Fri Aug 10 07:25:32 2012 >>> app-office/libreoffice-3.6.0.4 Fri Aug 10 07:25:38 2012 >>> app-office/libreoffice-l10n-3.6.0.4 Sat Aug 11 07:58:53 2012 >>> net-fs/samba-3.6.7 Sat Aug 11 07:59:21 2012 >>> net-wireless/bluez-4.101-r2 Sat Aug 11 12:49:50 2012 >>> sys-devel/gcc-4.7.1 Sat Aug 11 13:10:31 2012 >>> sys-devel/gcc-4.7.1 You can see it built fine on Aug 10...it's failing on Aug 11 and you can see the only system changes that happened between then and now. I haven't touched use-flags or anything else since it built successfully on Aug 10. Hope this information helps somehow. could you try gcc-4.6? maybe we have bug in our 4.7 (note that it builds fine on suse with 4.7) Sorry, I should have stated that in my comment. That was with gcc-4.6.3. I've got several slotted gcc's installed, but I use 4.6 as my main compiler. Also, I'm running X86_64 @Justin: do you have any chance to tarball and upload somewhere the full build folder? I know it is large as shit but by the dep solver it should be dependency of that crashed module, so it should not fail... So I would need to see whole stage to try to sort it out. Or better try this patch and let me know if it works for you.
(In reply to comment #6) > @Justin: > do you have any chance to tarball and upload somewhere the full build folder? sure, give me some minutes to compile. It works now. Why so ever. Closing? (In reply to comment #9) > It works now. Why so ever. > Closing? Nah it is prolly really parallel bug, fuu, I will commit it to the git anyway tomorow.
