I have installed net-im/leechcraft-azoth with USE="-* acetamide". I thought, that it brings me IRC support only, but i was wrong. URL in bug demonstrates problem. After decoding and translating this message to English, i have got: "Unable to load style, please check you've enabled at least one styles plugin.".

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. USE="-* acetamide" emerge leechcraft-azoth

Actual Results:  
Leechcraft Azoth IRC plugin should work

Expected Results:  
Leechcraft Azoth IRC plugin is unusable

Fixed in 0.5.75-r1 and 9999 by adding correct REQUIRED_USE. Thanks for report.
