After upgrading to KDE 3.2, I had to rm -f /usr/lib/libkopete* /usr/lib/kde3/kopete* to get the protocols to load.
Once loaded when sending or recieving a message the following is displayed:

XSL document could not be parsed!

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge kde 3.2
2. rm -f /usr/lib/libkopete* /usr/lib/kde3/kopete* 
3. load kopete
4. Enter account information
5. Send or recieve a message

Actual Results:  
XSL document could not be parsed! is displayed

Expected Results:  
the message should have been displayed
