The antialiasing seems to be controlled by /etc/fonts/*.conf, not KDE's control center. |
Even if I turn off antialiasing in the KDE 3.2.0 font property configuration dialog, the fonts stay antialiased, even if I log out and then back in. I even tried to add this: <!-- Disable antialiasing --> <match target="font"> <edit name="antialias" mode="assign"><const>false</const></edit> </match> in /etc/fonts/local.conf, and after uptading the font cache with fc-cache, the problem still persists. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Turn off antialiasing in KDE configuration 2. Log out and back in 3.
