After i update gcc and glibc, my kopete keeps crashed my X.
Not really crash it, my mouse can move without problem, but
mouse clicks are useless. All i have to do is ssh from another computer
and kill my fluxbox manually. Do i need to emerge kde again for new gcc and glibc?

#emerge sync

#emerge -puDv --world
see what updates are available

update

make sure your config files are up2date (etc-update)

run #revdep-rebuild
