As noted in bug #419193, the djbdns-setup script calls several functions from /etc/init.d/functions.sh without ever sourcing that file.

Two other setup scripts were patched in bug #389667, but djbdns-setup never sourced /sbin/functions.sh to begin with so it was overlooked.

It's probably safe to patch this in place, since it doesn't work at all. Bump to -r27 in case someone has -r26 installed and intends to re-run djbdns-setup at a later time (to install another daemon).
