i've updated pax-utils (starting w/1.0.4) to not warn about archives like this by default. so the issue goes away once people upgrade to that. http://gitweb.gentoo.org/proj/pax-utils.git/commit/?id=9daf7217a29e8542ad80672a3b82ae1b8c497321 that just leaves the LDFLAGS are ignored issue. Perhaps the go eclasses should define QA_FLAGS_IGNORED=".*" (matching syntax untested) or so. *** Bug 579282 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** The syntax is actually to use single quotes to avoid shell espansion. I will apply this to the dev-lang/go ebuilds as well as the golang-base eclass. This is now taken care of in the go ebuild and eclasses in the tree. Thanks for the report. William |
