Directories that contain "site_perl" in them are intended to be for local use,
much like /usr/local.  It would be nice if the kdebindings package could use
vendor_perl directories instead, like the other dev-perl ebuilds do.

Committed dcopperl-3.3.1-r1 which fixes this. Added the fix to 3.4.0_beta2 too.
