media-video/nvidia-settings-302.11 depends on "=x11-drivers/nvidia-drivers-3*" and all versions of nvidia-drivers that satisfy this are masked in /usr/portage/profiles/package.mask

Now that x11-drivers/nvidia-drivers-302.17 has been removed from package.mask, this mask isn't necessary.
