Description Matthew Redfearn 2004-02-24 03:44:08 UTC
Added keywords to pygame-1.6 and solarwolf-1.5 and emerged, but when I run solarwolf I get an error about integer size being greater than maximum.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Unmask and emerge pygame-1.6, solarwolf-1.5
2. run solarwolf
3.

Actual Results:
I get a message box, titled Solarwolf error, that states:
exceptions.OverflowError:
signed integer is greater than maximum

File /usr/games/lib/solarwolf/code/gfx.py, Line 27, Function initialize
"surface = pygame.display.set_mode(size,flags)#,depth"

Not sure if the problem lies with solarwolf, or more likely pygame.

Expected Results:
Solarwolf to run.

what CFLAGS did you build python with
Comment 2 SpanKY gentoo-dev 2004-03-04 09:51:33 UTC
re-open when you report the CFLAGS python was built with

ive seen this kind of error before with portage and it was because python was built with crazy CFLAGS ...
