I been unable to duplicate this, please ensure you did not install enigmail via the addon-manager at some point. This error i have, when thunderbird start: "Could not start the gpg-agent program which is needed for your GnuPG version 2.0.19." $ equery b gpg-agent * Searching for gpg-agent ... app-crypt/gnupg-2.0.19 (/usr/bin/gpg-agent) $ emerge -pv app-crypt/gnupg These are the packages that would be merged, in order: Calculating dependencies... done! The try > to reproduce your results. It did not help. But I found a solution: https://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=327099#c20 It worked. It is strange that, by default, these scripts are non-executable. Please test current stable, if you can still produce please reopen bug and update. |
