During a clean install using the latest portage tree, emerging net-wireless/acx-0.3.37_p20080210 fails with errors in pci.c and usb.c.



Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge -v acx

Actual Results:  
1. acx pulls gentoo-sources-3.3.8 (perhaps a bit too recent for this package?), perl and wireless_tools;
2. Compilation fails.

Expected Results:  
For the compilation to succeed.

I was configuring the kernel first. acx complained that CONFIG_WIRELESS_EXT was not set so I selected CONFIG_HOSTAP as per http://forums.gentoo.org/viewtopic-t-850086-start-0.html . Then the compilation failed.
