Just a short and simple bump for version 6.13, plus a tiny typo.

instead of 
eerror "there is NO kernel ip_set* modules in /lib/modules/<you_kernel>/... ."

it should be 
eerror "there is NO kernel ip_set* modules in /lib/modules/<your_kernel>/... ."



Renaming the old ebuild and installing just works as expected.
