Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
emerge -u giblib
Actual Results:  
Complains about Imlib2

Expected Results:  
emerged the ebuild

I do have a cvs version of Imlib2 in /usr/local but I actually removed it when
first faced with this problem.  I've tried re-emerging imlib2 a couple times
with no success.  X is in my USE variable.
