Bug 426622 – package retransmission through mirrors is failing (extended downtime)

Hello, I think this is exactly what we had at bug 413449. New packages that should be in the mirrors are not there. Whatever mirror you're using you get a 404 error. This is happening since 12.07 (around ~22:00 (GTM+2))

I've tried with 12 different mirrors and I keep getting the same 404's. Yes we could rely on the backup mirrors (like sf.net) but they're very slow.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Update the portage tree (emerge --sync)
2. Try to fetch the packages (emerge -uDNf world)
3. 404s

Package retransmission seems to be working correctly now (after 3 days of downtime).
