This is only a result of quick find and grep. This one file from lvm2 package is including hardcoded paths to some of the module-init-tools/kmod binaries. This may, or may not be a problem. Please verify and close the bug accordingly. /usr/sbin/lvm2create_initrd: BINFILES="$BINFILES /sbin/modprobe /sbin/insmod /sbin/rmmod" >=kmod-9-r1 installs to /usr/bin/
