The default CONSOLEFONT does not work with special characters like Euro () or Umlauts (ö ä ü ß Ö Ä Ü). In /etc/rc.conf, there should be CONSOLEFONT="lat0-16" as standard or another font which contains these characters. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3.
