When emerging ncurses with the cxx use flag enabled the c++ bindings get built but they don't get installed.

To reproduce just emerge ncurses and do "equery f ncurses". You will see libncurses++ is missing. However if you go through the build log you will see that it got correctly built.

That's been sort of fixed lately (at least it was supposed to).
