I will modify it but I wonder if I am thinking correctly. I am very new to initramfs and I am not sure that I am right. What is the meaning, in your opinion, of this line: mount -o ro /dev/sda1 /mnt/root Is it to mount the /boot or the / I have full understanding if you do not want to waste your time on an unofficial wiki, but I just felt it might be more than me that use this wiki.
