when i connect an usb printer, cups didnt reconize it

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.connect an usb printer
2.try to add an usb printer in cups
3.
Actual Results:  
nothink in the usb printer list, and this in the /var/log/message file:

Please re-check your CUPS configuration (regarding USE=usb flag and usblp kernel module vs libusb)
