The link on the main page entitled "Gentoo Handbook Installation Instructions" jumps directly to
http://www.gentoo.org/doc/en/handbook/handbook.xml?part=1 which has very little indication
that there other parts to the handbook than just installation.

I suggest the link be split into "Gentoo Handbook" pointing to http://www.gentoo.org/doc/en/handbook/handbook.xml and "Installation Instructions" pointing to
http://www.gentoo.org/doc/en/handbook/handbook.xml?part=1.

Alternatively, drop the "Installation Instructions" link altogether, as most new users would assume that a handbook contains instructions and shows them what other documentation is available as well.
Current users would also notice the change and might have a quick glance.

Link has been pointing to handbook index for a while now.
