Bug 425544 – nxsetup - does not create home dir: /var/lib/nxserver/home/

I'm trying to re-run freenx installation and it appears that 
I have run: nxsetup --uninstall --purge
to remove all the files and try to created them:
nxsetup --install --setup-nomachine-key --clean --purge

but /var/lib/nxserver/home/ with all there keys is not beeing creaed.

This directory was removed after I installed net-misc/neatx so I'm trying to start again but the script is not creating this directory.
It create user "nx" but not home directory.

Reproducible: Always
