I could not find any overlay holding the developing gstreamer-1.0

gstreamer:1.0 is being added to gnome overlay since it is the only existing user for now.

GStreamer 1 is complete in overlay afaict.
There are some eclass changes that need to be reviewed before inclusion in tree.

All gstreamer 1.0 ebuilds are now in tree.

But media-plugins/gst-plugins-meta is not updated yet, please add ebuild for slot 1.
