it's on the mirrors.  If you haven't configured your GENTOO_MIRRORS variable in make.conf you should do that.

That doesn't do. Both the homepage and SRC_URI are out of date (do not exist anymore), so the ebuild needs to be updated. Not doing so is a QA issue.
