upgrading to udev-186 breaks apps like lvm or gvfs because it fails to create the symbolic link libudev.so.0. It creates libudev.so.1 but as lvm and several other apps link to the .0 variety they fail to build.
creating the link manually allows these apps to build.
affected apps include lvm2 and gvfs.

gvfs-1.12.3 has no issues and lvm2 is already fixed... so nothing is broken, right?
