I emerged log4c and log4cpp successfully inorder to get an ebuild i'm developing functional (log4cpp is a dep for my ebuild)

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. change dir into /usr/portage/dev-libs/log4c and log4cpp
2.emerge the latest release
3.

Actual Results:  
portage installed the packages

Expected Results:  
portage installed the packages

I made both ebuilds stable on ppc.
