Build log
This is related to Bug 426454 and Bug 427414. There are two changes in gcc 4.7 that are causing a problem: 1) You can't specify the flag "-Wl" by itself, rather than with a comma and option (e.g. "-Wl,--as-needed"). Previously gcc accepted this as long as it was in a pure linking step (i.e. no source code files). 2) This specific package, gkrellmlaunch, has the flag "-W1" in its Makefile (as in "123"), rather than "-Wl". I've fixed this issue along with other one. It compiles fine now with gcc-4.7.2. Have a look at bug 335391 for the updated ebuild :) + 31 Aug 2013; Pacho Ramos <pacho@gentoo.org> + +files/gkrellmlaunch-0.5-makefile.patch, gkrellmlaunch-0.5.ebuild: + Fix gcc47 building (#424105) and respect LDFLAGS (#335391), also fix + dependencies (#335391). Thanks to Michael Mair-Keimberger (iamnr3) for the + work. + |
