I see you've already masked the package. However, there is no upstream release at all of this package. And I froze it to 1 revision so it's not getting stuff from HEAD/trunk whatever but a specific version. I would assume an automatic script did this? No it's not automatic. Frozen or not frozen, no ebuild in the tree should fetch from VCS _at all_. If there is no release, make a snapshot and publish it in your home in dev.gentoo.org, and use that. But using Mercurial from an ebuild that is not masked is wrong. My bad. It was already pointed out to me on IRC. Gonna get down to it then... As discussed with Stanislav on IRC this package has now been removed from the tree, being ruby18-only. |
